Logging into Remote Desktop
Do NOT use VNC to access your server for work. Use Remote Desktop to connect to your live server.
Your IP can be found on your dashboard as Primary IPv4. Alternative, look at your VPS welcome email. See picture below for reference.
Your username is Administrator by default. Your VPS Password is the password you received on your email. If you need to reset it, learn how to do it below.
How to Reset your VPS Password
If you forgot your password, you can go to your VPS dashboard to reset it.
Go to Options.
Scroll down to Root/Administrator Password.
Click on Reset Password
Choose Administrator as the user from the dropdown. (see image below for reference)
Check your email for the new password. Make sure to check your inbox, promotions, junk or spam folders.
Use Remote Desktop to log into your VPS. You can find a guide on how to use Remote Desktop here.
