Link Your Discord
Make sure that you first link your Discord account before moving forward. You can link your account on your Customer Dashboard found here.
Do not move forward without linking your Discord account or your services will fail deployment and get suspended.
KEEP YOUR FILES BACKED UP!!!
Ensure that you keep your files backed up at all times! It is your responsibility to back up your data, including database files like Heidi or SQL.
We have provided a guide on how to back up your database here. You can use backup services like GitHub or Google Drive.
Please note that your data is not currently safeguarded, so it is not recommended to rely solely on our VPS backups. Failures can occur, and we do not want you to lose your important data.
