Link Your Discord
Make sure that you first link your Discord account before moving forward. You can link your account on your Customer Dashboard found here. Do not move forward without linking your Discord account or your services will fail deployment and get suspended.
BACK UP YOUR FILES DAILY!
It is crucial to regularly back up your data, including database files such as Heidi or SQL. You can find our guide on backing up your database here. We recommend using backup services like GitHub or Google Drive.
Please be aware that your data is not automatically safeguarded, so relying solely on our VPS backups is not advisable. System failures can occur, and we do not want you to risk losing your important data.
