Getting your VPS Login Details

Check your email!

Check your email for the VPS information, including username, IP address and password.

The username is Administrator to connect via Remote Desktop. The email is titled "Your VPS Server is Ready!".

I have not received the email yet.

If you still have not received the email, that's totally fine, you can use your dashboard to grab all the information you need to log into Remote Desktop. Your IP can be found on your dashboard as Primary IPv4. Use that for Remote Desktop along with the default username Administrator. For your password, you'll need to reset it. Learn how to to that here.

Check everywhere on your emails. Inbox, spam, promotions, junk, etc... before reaching out.
