Network

The Network page displays the IPs and ports (called allocations) that are open for your server to use for incoming connections.

  • Your primary allocation is the address players use to connect to your server.
  • You can add a note to each allocation to keep track of what it is used for, for example "Query" or "RCON".

Need Additional Ports?​

Allocations cannot be added from the dashboard. Some games need more than one port, for example for queries or voice chat. If you need an extra port, open a support ticket and our team will assign one to your server.

Changing the Primary Allocation​

If your server has more than one allocation:

  • Click Make Primary beside the allocation you would like players to connect to.
  • Restart your server for the change to take effect.

Removing an Allocation​

  • Click Delete beside the allocation. Your primary allocation cannot be removed.

Removed allocations cannot be added back from the dashboard. You will need to open a support ticket to get the port reassigned.
