Getting To Your Game Server Dashboard

Now that you have all your ducks in a row, how do you get to the server's settings and start gaming with friends?

Step 3

Starting your Ark: Survival Evolved Server

• In your Client Area within the billing portal, locate your Ark: Survival Evolved Server in the "Your Active Products/Services" list and click "Manage".

• Once you click "Manage", you will be presented with a basic overview of your server and its specs. Scroll to see the "Go to Panel" button to access your Gamer Server Dashboard.

• Enter your new login credentials:

  • The email you use for your billing portal & the new password created from the email.

    • This password is only for the Game Server Dashboard, not the billing portal or other dashboards!
