Initial steps right after purchase

Step 1

Allow up to 2-3 days for your Dedicated Server to be up and running! An email titled "Your Dedicated Server is Ready at 1of1 Servers!" will be sent to you when your Dedicated Server is ready for it's set up.

Unlike a VPS Server, you will have already selected all your server's specs at the ordering stage (OS, RAM, Location, etc), leaving the set up in our capable hands!

After placing your order, let's Continue To your Client Area.

Initial Purchase Confirmation

Once you have purchased a service from us, the My Dashboard will be your one-stop portal for everything to do with your 1of1 Servers experience.

Depending on your active services, this dashboard is a primary gateway to access your other dashboards, it is also where you will modify the settings of your 1Of1 Servers account. It displays:

• All your servers; those you own and those shared with others.

• Account information like;

  • Billing info such as invoices, billing address, and payment info;

  • Account name, linked media accounts, support tickets;

  • Domain registration, contacts, and recent news.

• Portals to dashboards that manage your purchased 1Of1 services.

Each of your services will have its very own dashboard to uniquely tailor your settings to that server's needs.
